The PSLE Prep Toolkit is an independent study resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Botswana Examinations Council (BEC) or the Ministry of Education and Skills Development. “PSLE” refers only to the exam this platform helps learners prepare for. Content is based on publicly available syllabus outlines and is meant to supplement, not replace, school teaching and official materials.
Practising with this toolkit does not guarantee any particular exam result, grade or place at a secondary school. Our questions are written to reflect the style and level of the PSLE, but they are not past papers and they are not the questions your child will sit. Exam performance depends on many things beyond any study resource.
Every question, explanation, study poster and piece of writing in this toolkit is original work created by The Bright Minds and remains our property. Your payment buys your own family the right to use it — it does not transfer ownership.
Please do not copy, screenshot for distribution, republish, sell, or use our material to teach paying groups or build a competing product. Sharing your access code outside your household is the same thing. We built this so that Botswana families could afford good exam preparation; passing it around for free is what makes that impossible to keep doing.
All questions and explanations are original material written for this toolkit, based on publicly available syllabus outlines for Standard 6 and 7. We do not reproduce copyrighted textbooks or examination papers.
We check our content carefully, but with over two thousand questions some errors are inevitable. The composition feedback tool judges structure, length and accuracy only — it cannot mark imagination or ideas, and it is not a substitute for a teacher reading your child's work.
If you or your child's teacher spot a mistake, please tell us on WhatsApp 74310425. We correct errors as quickly as we can and we are grateful for them being pointed out.
We deliberately collect as little as possible:
We do not ask for your child's date of birth, home address, identity number, school name or photograph. We do not ask for or store your card details, PIN or mobile money password — payments happen entirely through your own bank or mobile money service, never through this website. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell or share your information with anyone for marketing.
Accounts are bought and controlled by a parent or guardian, not by the child. We ask only for a learner's first name and standard, so the app can greet them and keep their practice separate from a sibling's. A child never enters personal information into this toolkit, and their scores are never shown to other learners or ranked against them by name.
Only the owner of The Bright Minds, in order to confirm payments and provide support. Access to our records requires a password and a second verification code. Passwords are stored in a scrambled (hashed) form that nobody — including us — can read.
Your information is held in a secured database provided by Supabase, and the website is delivered over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Because these are international services, your information may be stored on servers outside Botswana. We keep it only as described here and never for advertising.
Access records are kept while your access is valid and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can help if you return or query a payment. You may ask us to delete your details at any time.
In line with Botswana's Data Protection Act, you may ask us to:
To make any of these requests, WhatsApp 74310425. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
Access is confirmed by hand once we have seen your proof of payment, usually within a few hours. Nothing unlocks before then — including upgrades to extra subjects.
One access code is for one family and may be used on up to three devices. Sharing a code beyond your own household, or copying, republishing or reselling our questions, explanations and study material, may result in access being switched off without refund.
Refund policy. This is digital study material: the moment your code is activated, the whole toolkit is delivered and can be read, copied or memorised. It cannot be given back. For that reason once your access has been opened, payment is final and cannot be refunded — including if you change your mind, if your child does not use it, or if you chose the wrong package.
In both cases, message us on WhatsApp 74310425 with your payment reference and we will either open your access or return your money — whichever you prefer. Please choose your package carefully before paying, and ask us anything you are unsure about first.
The PSLE Prep Toolkit is a product of The Bright Minds, Botswana. For anything at all — questions, corrections, privacy requests or complaints — message us on WhatsApp 74310425.
